Along with my business, I am also a mother! I have been where you have been with sleep! My oldest son's sleep habits is how I was introduced to the world of being a Sleep Consultant, as I couldn't just let my son cry himself to sleep without me. I knew there had to be another way, which is where the gentle approach comes!

Not only am I a Sleep Consultant, I am a Child & Youth Counsellor with a school board supporting children with Autism in classroom settings. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science with a specialization in Child Development (perfect for those developing little minds).
